Anti-condensation Fiber Pack

You know the problem. Temperature shifts, tight enclosures, and a little moisture is all it takes to mess with sensitive electronics, whether it’s EVs, 5G gear, or outdoor systems. So instead of patching the issue with short-term fixes, we built something that actually solves it.

The Anti-condensation Fiber Pack is small, about the size of two fingers, but it handles moisture like a pro. It absorbs when humidity spikes, releases when it drops, and keeps working in extreme conditions. No salt. No leaks. No corrosion.

Let’s break it down

• It works where it counts. In tests at 40°C, 95% humidity, it absorbs over 2 grams of water. Even in cold or dry environments, it doesn’t tap out. And at full saturation, it still won’t leak. That’s what makes it safe for live systems.
• No drama on install. It’s thin (4.5 mm), has a strong adhesive backing, and fits neatly into housings. Just leave 15 mm between units and you’re good.
• It stays put. Adhesion holds even after 1000 hours of high heat and humidity. No slipping, no swelling, no failures.
• It’s been through worse. Shock, wind vibration, heat cycling, you name it. This pack passed over 1600 temperature cycles and never quit.
• It’s clean. RoHS and REACH compliant. No chlorine, no bromine, no heavy metals. It won’t release corrosive gases. Mould resistance? Verified.
