Anti-condensation Fiber Pack

Stop condensation before it damages your electronics

A bidirectional humidity-control fiber pack engineered for the sealed electrical microenvironments inside EVs, energy storage systems, and telecom infrastructure.

2-Way Humidity Control Fiber 10 10+ Years Reusable Non-corrosive & Halogen-free
Stop condensation before it damages your electronics

Tech Highlights

Bidirectional moisture control, validated to automotive-grade endurance

Unlike single-use desiccants, the fiber core absorbs and releases moisture to hold an ideal humidity level inside sealed electrical enclosures — preventing the condensation that shortens component life.

>100%

Water absorption @ 40°C / RH 95%

Absorbs more than its own weight in 24 hours with no water seepage on the surface.

>40%

Absorb & release @ 40°C / RH 50–70%

Releases stored moisture when the air dries out, keeping the microenvironment balanced.

1600

Temperature cycles (−55 to 110°C)

Rated from −55°C storage to 125°C high-temp limit. Halogen-free and non-corrosive to steel, brass, magnesium and aluminum alloys.

Anti-condensation humidity control across an electric vehicle

Engineered for EV & e-mobility platforms

Day-night temperature swings drive condensation into the sealed electronics that global automakers depend on. The fiber pack peels-and-sticks into any enclosure to keep critical modules dry.

  • High-voltage battery packs & Battery Management System (BMS)
  • Intelligent driving domain controllers & module enclosures
  • Motor and inverter humidity control
  • Lighting assemblies, cameras / ADAS sensors, charging ports

Where it works

Protecting energy infrastructure everywhere condensation forms

Prevent moisture damage to electrical equipment caused by condensation from day-night temperature differences at the site.

Energy storage system

Energy Storage Systems

Battery container enclosures and BMS cabinets exposed to outdoor humidity cycling.

EV charging station

EV Charging Stations

Sealed power electronics and connectors that must stay dry through every charge cycle.

5G telecom tower

5G Towers & Base Stations

Remote radio units and electrical cabinets protected against base-station condensation.
